    • Up to 7 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee.
    • Between 7 and 3 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
    • Less than 3 days before departure: No refund available.
  • Cancellation due to Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.):

    • In cases of force majeure, we will provide a full refund or offer rescheduling options as per the situation. Refunds will be processed once the situation permits.
  • Cancellation by Dream Visit Kashmir:

    • In rare instances where we need to cancel or reschedule your booking (due to operational issues or force majeure events), we will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund or an alternative travel date.

2. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the cancellation date. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway used.

3. Refund Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made through the official channels (website or customer service). Any requests made outside of these methods may not be considered.

  • Non-refundable services such as special hotel bookings, certain transport arrangements, and activities (e.g., non-refundable attraction tickets) are not eligible for refunds, unless specified otherwise at the time of booking.

6. Refund in Case of Service Dissatisfaction:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the services provided, please notify our team during your trip or within 24 hours of the service. We will assess your concerns and offer a resolution, which may include a partial refund, depending on the situation.

7. Changes to Policy:
